It's an affordable hotel, and a bit old. The reason I'm giving 4 stars is because the most important aspects for a hotel in a city center are really good. It's cheap. Location - superb. Room extraordinarily quiet (at least mine, facing the back alley). Room has a big AC unit and a bathtub. It can be very dark with curtains. And it's very large. What more do you need?

Looks old, colors from the 80s and the whole hotel is a maze really - but a great sleep and great Coffee at breakfast.

The best about this hotel is the location. There is no AC in the room, so you have to sleep with windows open and hear your neighbors yelling until 2am in the morning, or you close your windows and try to sleep at 30 degrees. Everything is a bit run down, especially the bathrooms. I wouldn't book there again.

I felt like I was in jail the rooms super small with no type of cooling system ????. But charge 200 euro for 1 night. I will not ever in my life go here again. But the location is great walking distance to everything.

Good location for hotel. Rooms are a way too hot and no air conditioning, so night sleep wasn't the best. Rooms were clean and in Ok condition. Breakfast is a average for smaller hotel.

Great central location. We were able to walk everywhere. My room was spacious and clean. 3 days was not enough to see Stuttgart. We will stay at the Novum again.

The worst hotel I’ve been. It’s cheap so I didn’t expect much from them. I got a room to rest before a long travel, and I couldn’t lock the door so it had to stay open, in the middle of my sleep 3 workers, one by one, came opening the door like nobody was inside, to change the amenities. They should know when a room is occupied or not. They also laugh like nobody is there, so I didn’t rest at all. And worst of all 2 guys from another room were recording me and my friend while touch*ing themselves through the window. Worst hotel experience ever. Don’t go.

Clean rooms although slightly antiqued but it's really just a place too stay for the night, lots of rooms so you can always stay there, fairly good location as its easy to find and in the center of town and close to the train station although sometimes a little noisy.
