Best Vietnamese place in Stuttgart just off Marienplatz. Been coming here for years and the food is absolutely delicious! Love the Bun Tofu and the Summer Rolls.

Great selection of food, good atmosphere (very dark and chill, thus noir!) and genuine Vietnamese cuisine. Would recommend their pho and ga curry, they're particularly tasty dishes! It's also not very expensive but you have to pay in cash (however, a bank is just across the street).

The best Vietnamese cuisine in Stuttgart and Baden Wuerttemberg. It is usually a good crowd here and comfortable seating with a fun atmosphere. The prices are not too high and it's a good value for the food. But I must say that it is the most flavorful and authentic Vietnamese restaurant you will find.

Fresh and very tasty dishes! Great quality for a reasonable price (lunch menu). Sometimes waiting time for the food and bill can be a little long, but the food is worth it during lunch time.

One of my worse restaurant experience s so far in Germany. We arrived as the restaurant opened. The manager was so impolite when I asked him where we should sit. He gave us a sarcastic laugh and said just sit. The interior reminds me of some underground nightclub seats are are uncomfortable if you can actually get down that low. Having to sit elbow to elbow with strangers was slightly uncomfortable. To the food. I ordered the Tofu with Veggies. Fried Tofu and aubergines with rice noodle filled my plate. It only tasted of veg cooking oil. Bland can't believe they serve this and charge 11.90 euros. My other half had Pho Bo soup which had alot of flavour. The manager gives me an impression he doesn't really care attitude. just happy to see you pay the bill n leave. I can't understand how this place gets such high ratings. 55,00 euros covered the bill. Well overpriced. bad service. overall lucky I rate you a 1...Never return..

Noir Cuisine is a nice mixed concept restaurant offering Chinese, Vietnamese and Thai dishes and even though it might not be the most authentic food it's made fresh, with love to detail and presented beautifully. Loved the Summer Rolls and especially the Pho Bo. That said it's not super cheap e.g. the Pho Bo goes for €14,90 but therefore has lots of beef in it.
