Ich trainiere seit April in Vaihingen. Da ich immer abends dort bin, bin ich sehr häufig alleine, was sehr angenehm ist Das es keine Duschen gibt finde ich überhaupt nicht schlimm. Da ich eh mit dem Fahrrad unterwegs bin schwitze ich auf dem nach Hause weg noch etwas weiter und dusche dann schön im eigenen Bad. Ich kann aus eigenen erleben berichten, dass alles was versprochen wird, eintrifft. Ohne dass ich an meiner Ernährung etwas geändert habe, waren mit nur durch 3x Training die Woche ganz schnell Erfolge sichtbar. Sowohl, das meine Rückenbeschwerden weg waren, als auch das ganz nebenbei die Kilos purzelten. Das Übungskonzept ist für jederfrau super gut umsetzbar und und man wird gut betreut. Danke dafür
