I wished there was a warm greeting. Decor nice and modern, clean, but lacking friendly customer service, I wasn’t even able to check in early. Booked for three days, water is 3€ for 0.25L, should be complementary in my opinion.

Rooms are small, but actually quite good. I had a peaceful week here, breakfast is good - all organic, coffee is drinkable. Employees are super nice and cheerfull.

It's a very nice, clean and perfectly designed hotel. The staff is welcoming and very friendly, trying their best to make your stay as greqt as possible. They have their own parking garage (15€/day). The rooms are regular size but modern style and also very clean.
A hotel I would definitely recommend and stay myself in again any time.

Your very typical Motel One. There is nothing particularly special compared to other Motel Ones. Staff is friendly, room are small and clean, my room had a tiny balcony. The only somewhat special thing might be the bar's gin collection but maybe gin is a Motel One thing. Fairly near Cannstatt's train station which connects you to the S-Bahn and there is also an Ubahn stop next to it.

An excellent hotel where we will surely come again. Firstly the whole atmosphere of the hotel is very relaxing, you have the impression of being at a spa resort. Everything is very new, modern and clean. The staff is super helpful and friendly. The room is very modern, even if a little bit small compared to what we are used to. If you like small pillows, you might want to request them at the hotel reception, as the ones that are in the room are very big and high. The room as well as the bathroom are perfectly clean. The breakfast is great, an excellent quality-price correlation. A great thanks to all of the hotel staff, we really had a great stay!
