An excellent restaurant hidden away in a quiet little suburb. The main challenge is finding parking (which is always a challenge in Stuttgart). The menu is excellent, and the staff was very accommodating... Even when I showed up for a group dinner after everyone else had had their main course. The veal medallions with Fladle was excellent and the meat was cooked just right. I heartily recommend this place. Making a prior reservation is essential because of the limited seating capacity.

Every time in Stuttgart I have to visit the Lamm. You can beat the Rahmschnitzel. And the Spätzle are just gorgeous.
The only downside: Its difficult to get a reservation, therefore you have to plan your visit well in advance, and its nearly impossible to get a table in November or December.

On Thursday, and Thursday's only, they serve the best Maultaschen (Swabian specialty) in the region. Make your reservations early. For wine, I recommend you order a Trollinger. That combo is off the hook.
