Typical German bakery. Which is good! Fresh products, freshly baked bread a very big variety of goods, various brötchen with various ingredient, coffee, latte, tea to pizza and soft drinks. I had a 1h wait for my train in Stuttgart and it was a very nice place to have breakfast. The man who took care of my order was also very friendly! You can see how they bake their stuff through a glass wall, which is interesting to see. The only downsides are that the place is small, tables/chairs are womewhat close to each other and there was jo toilet for the customers.

I bought menu at Kamps, and only because I had fries from McDonald's I was kicked out. Horrible experience, the staff was unnecessary rude and disrespectful. Kamps is ok, but you must avoid the one I was at.

Great breakfast: quality and price were both excellent. Even the pizza slice was very good - a big surprise for a bakery! (It was freshly made when we ordered, so no guarantee from us that it’ll always be as crispy ;)
The freshly made orange juice and the scrambled egg were also very nice. - The rolls of bread were good, too.
The service was very friendly, including giving some free tap water.
We would definitely come back here for breakfast again!

Beautiful display of breads and pastries very near to the train station. I only stopped for a tea, bit would go back for food.

Not bad…. But no toilets which is unusual. Also around. Hence low rating.

Excellent bakery on Koenigstrasse, part of the generally excellent chain of Kamps bakeries in Germany, which is the main shopping road in Stuttgart, starting from the main train station. The bakery is close to the main station, sells excellent sandwiches, croissants, cakes as well as coffee and black tea. The staff is friendly and helpful, and understand some English.
