Speaking of which, if I hadn't been shown myself that my contract was in your computer as an extended one, the communication problem would be almost plausible. Nevertheless, I am happy about the quick and problem-free processing in the headquarters.
In itself, a service fee, which also includes more intensive coaching support, is okay, but whether almost € 80 per year is appropriate is really very subjective. Especially when there is often no trainer in the studio in the west (recently on weekends, sometimes not all day). If that has changed, I am happy for the other members. Charging extra money for the showers could also be viewed critically - but at least you have the option of using a sauna in 1-2 of your studios, you have to give that to you.
Everyone has their own, if you want to try it out, nothing should be turned on.

Man kann Wasser und Kaffee trinken als Mitglied, zahlt dafür aber 2x im Jahr eine "Servicepauschale" von jeweils 40€...hier möchte ich hinufügen, dass man bei einer einjährigen Vertragslaufzeit sowieso 45€ im Monat zahlt. Mein Vertrag wurde automatisch verlängert, obwohl ich in der vertraglich unterzeichneten Kündigungsfrist war. Wie mir gesagt wurde, lag das wohl an einer Änderung der Verträge und somit der Kündigungsfristen, ich weiß allerdings nicht, inwieweit das stimmt. Habe dann eine Kündigung an die Zentrale geschickt - samt Kopie meines Vertrags - und relativ zügig eine Bestätigung erhalten.
Tagsüber ist es meistens sehr ruhig, aber vor allem gegen Abend voll und man muss an den Geräten warten. Meiner Meinung nach gibt es günstigere und besser ausgestattete Studios, die nicht versuchen, einen unbemerkt ein weiteres Jahr an den Vertrag zu fesseln, oder wo zumindest das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis stimmt.

leider kann man hier wohl nicht antworten, daher die bearbeitete Bewertung. Entschuldigt bitte die doppelte Bewertung, das war wohl ein kleines Kommunikationsproblem meinerseits.
Apropos, wäre mir nicht selbst gezeigt worden, dass mein Vertrag in eurem Computer als verlängert drinstand, wäre das mit dem Kommunikationsproblem fast plausibel. Dennoch bin ich froh über die anschließend schnelle und problemlose Bearbeitung in der Zentrale.
An sich ist eine Servicepauschale, die auch intensivere Trainerbetreuung beinhaltet, in Ordnung, ob jedoch knapp 80€ im Jahr angemessen sind, ist wohl wirklich sehr subjektiv. Vor allem, wenn im Studio im Westen oft gar kein Trainer da ist (vor kurzem an Wochenenden z.T. den ganzen Tag nicht). Sollte sich das geändert haben, bin ich aber froh für die anderen Mitglieder. Extra Geld für die Duschen zu berechnen könnte man auch kritisch betrachten - aber immerhin hat man dafür auch die Möglichkeit, in 1-2 eurer Studios eine Sauna zu nutzen, das muss man euch lassen.
Jedem das seine, wer es ausprobieren möchte, sollte sich nur nichts andrehen lassen.
