Nice hotel. Clean, friendly staff, all speak English and a variety of other languages. Rooms themselves are pretty minimal. Just the basics. No coffee maker, safe, or storage to speak of. It could be most closely compared to a college dorm room. You do have your own walk-in shower/bathroom though. Don't know why, but the water temp tends to shift dramatically at times.. So be ready to adjust the shower water temp throughout your shower. Rooms get really hot in the winter time, even if you turn off the heat, and AC is not an option until the hotel switches everyone over to it in Spring. But the windows open, which is nice. Bed is fairly comfortable. Front desk is staffed 24/7, and the lobby has a nice 24 hour bar that also serves some snacks, but no meals really. They have breakfast buffet every morning, but I've never tried it. It costs about $15 or €12, which is really pricey in my opinion. The location is awesome. You're a 2 minute walk from the U Bahn, Zacke, and Bus Stop. It's also about a 15 minute walk from the city center (Schlossplatz). Plenty of food and drink options all around the hotel as well. The hotel also will accept VAT forms.
