We had a great experience with Anne at Hyggelig Bikes, from answering several questions over email and in person at the shop, to the ordering process several months later when we were finally ready to purchase (with VAT form), to receiving and picking up our Bullitt. We highly recommend Hyggelig Bikes and would certainly purchase through them again.
