Am 02.04.2022 war ich mit Begleitung dort essen. Ich kann daher nur den Unternehmensteil Gaststätte bewerten. Der Inhaber berichtete, er hätte einen neuen Koch. Den sollte er gleich wieder entlassen! Die "Kraftbrühe" war versalzen, der geschmacklose Salat schwamm in Öl. Das Rindersteak war gut eingekauft, aber der Koch schaffte es, auch dieses "Highlight" in Fett zu ertränken, ebenso wie die Bratkartoffeln. Der Inhaber erscheint mir sehr motiviert. Ich komme dahet gerne noch einmal, hoffe aber, dass dann jemand das Essen zubereitet, so dass es auch genießbar ist.
