Room and amenities were clean; breakfast plentiful; underground parking was a great plus - hotel centrally located - restaurants, stores, subway all within walking distance. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Would highly recommend this small family like establishment

Location of the hotel was perfect and very easy to find. The staff were very polite and went above and beyond what I would have expected. Based on that, I would stay at this hotel again. The additional highlights are: English speaking staff and free parking in their car park. The rooms were professionally spotless upon our arrival, also included a safe, and a fully stocked mini fridge (all at additional costs). Breakfast was an additional fee but well worth it, many things to choose from and everything tasted fresh. Great hotel, definitely would stay again on my next visit!

I love this hotel. The facilities are clean and recently refurbished. The breakfasts are simple, but plentiful. The coffee is lovely. The owners are really friendly and helpful and the cost of the rooms are certainly cheaper than competitors, but certainly good quality. It was described as a 'gem' which I'd find hard to argue with. It's well worth a visit, but not when I want to visit, or I might not get a room.

Big comfortable room. I especially appreciate the coffee/tea facilities in the room. The staff is very friendly. There is a underground parking available, and a Mexican restaurant next to the hotel. Kaufland and Rewe walking distance.

Breakfast is pretty nice! Netto、Norma and Rewe just nearby by walk for 5 minutes! There is a good atmosphere bar in front of the hotel! Underground parking lot is good and secure!

Nice one if the room rates are within budget. If the rates are on the higher side, you can look for other options. There won't be additional amenities provided within the room rates. Breakfast would be available based on request.

The staff spoke english very well.

The room was pretty small but cozy enough

The mattress and the pillows were too soft for me and the blankets were too light for me but that's just personal prefrence.
