BEDBUGS ALERT

We stayed one night on the 5th of August and there were bedbugs on our room (number 203).
The receptionist told us they would call the cleaning agency and take care of it but our night was ruined.

Overall the rooms are old and dirty and I would definitely not recommend this hotel.

This is just the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. Right at the entrance we had a problem with the ATM, where we were not
able to pay for the stay, the problem was not with the card but with the hotel's ATM,and only after several attempts did the employee give us the possibility to pay for a few days of the stay, with the money
that we had available, otherwise we would have had nowhere to stay. We were given one of the worst rooms in the hotel, no light at the entrance
, super hot room, with a measly one-legged fan. Old and ugly furniture. The room was on the 5th floor and sometimes the elevator didn't work. The balconies are divided with a metal plate that does not cover everything, that is, you can see what passes on the adjacent balconies, not to mention there were other incredibly loud and drunk guests.
We were a couple and our room had two single beds together, there is no logic and often the two beds were separated and we were sleeping in a hole. Just awful. I don't recommend it at all.

The location is great. Receptionist are kind. The room is old and just so-so. It's okay with the price that they offered, because Stuttgart is one of the most expensive city in Germany.

Location is fantastic, it is in the City center. A 5minutes walk from the Stuttgart nain train station and from Königstraße, the shopping hub of Stuttgart.
The prices are reasonable, they offer a morning full spread buffet breakfast.

Horrible hotel!!! Old, gross, dirty. It’s the worst place I’ve ever been. Don’t believe photos on Booking!!! We paid 99€ on the reception when we just came and after we see this disgusting room they told that they don’t have another and they can’t give us money back. It’s a scam, rooms are totally different than on booking and they not giving money back!!!

The staff is racist! We asked for an iron the guy with curly hair in the reception said you are Arabs I don't know you, you may steal it!!!!
The room is dirty and very old. There was hair in the bathroom, dead bugs, and dust everywhere. It is not value for money. If you don't want your stay to be ruined don't come here. The wifi is not even working!! Date if visit 24.08.2022

Worst hotel ever unprofessional service! Bad costumer service! My room was booked for someone else i have been moved to 2 other hotel i spent 2hs moving from one hotel to another! I would never go again and i’ll make sure no one I know goes
