Hotel Alpha

It's a little bit out of the way from the centre.. but you can take the u bahn or the s bahn and you'll find the hotel just a few stops away from the Hauptbahnhof.

The rooms are basic and clean. There is WiFi and German TV.

The shower was good and the bed comfortable.

There isn't an attended reception and we had to ask another guest to call the number on the reception as we don't have a German number. We also couldn't hook up to WiFi to WhatsApp the receptionist.
Not to worry.. the receptionist arrived pretty quickly and we were directed to our room.

There was no breakfast offered because of corona.

There are a few supermarkets and shops nearby. If you stay during the week you can easily visit a restaurant or supermarket for food.

Would I recommend the hotel? Yes it's okay. ????

I had a booking via Agoda. The payment term was to pay at the property. Check-in time from 3pm - 12am. I contacted and they say someone will be there. Nobody was there when I arrived. After trying to contact them so many times, I moved to another hotel. It made me feel like being cheated by Agoda and Hotel Alpha, they could charge me for no arrival while I had to wait for 30 mins without any response.

Very old and small room. Very few amenities. We didn't see anyone at the reception while we were there. Also, parking is very small.

If you don't care about image, this hotel can be an option. Restaurants and supermarkets nearby. S-Bahn is reachable in less than 10 minutes on foot. The room itself is quite small. The breakfast is very standard and has very limited options.

Fine business hotel for 1 or 2 nights. Breakfast is good. No airco in the rooms, so it was like a sauna, when I was there.

A nice clean Hotel, also rooms with balcony and parking. I warmly recommend!

The rooms are good. The service is awesome. Location is close to Feuerbach bahnhof. Thank you Alpha for the perfect stay in Feuerbach.
