The service at this place is outstanding. I was short on time to catch my train and the waiter was helpful to get things wrapped to go in no time. The sweet potato fries were also quite nice. Just the burger, was not 100% satisfied with what is labeled as the „classic burger“. I expect that classic is tantamount to basically the best thing that they serve. Yet not sure if The burger was living up to that promise. Room for improvement as far as the burgers are concerned. For a burger place, the burger quality should be the biggest asset I guess. Alternatively change its name to something less pretentious. Main problem is that is was too dry. Location is fantastic though and the price is also good.

Regularly visiting "Hans im Glueck" in different places I know what to expect of the menu, etc. This week I've been taking a look at this one.

Staff ( Anakaren / Emilie / Sara in most of my visits in this location ) were very friendly and super attentive, food the usual ( good ) quality and the starter was also served as such.

Update ( 2020-09-13 ):
Have been visiting this place a couple of times in the mean time and unfortunately at times the service is really miserable - just like today: waiter walked along a 5+ times without anything really to do ... instead of serving guests and/or collecting finished plates was rather busy cleaning tables, walking around and telling people to go to the main entrance, etc. I have to adjust my previous 5 star rating accordingly.

It's situated in the Milaneo building near the Hampton Hotel and Premier Inn Hotel, the food was good the prices pretty high for the food that they serve, the stuff members could be more professional but the design inside is very beautiful

Sehr lecker. Same ambience but more delicious than the outlets in Singapore :)

Hans im Glück ist a really good choice of you're around and looking for a meal. There are a lot of vegetarian and even vegan options. Trevor burgers are tasty and the price is alright. If you take side dishes I highly recommend Kumara fries. Like it and definitely visit again at some point

The food was delicious. The place was not only beautiful but also impressive. As for the service was awesome.

Great special for a burger, side and a alcoholic drink under 10 euros. Food was good and drink was good. The inside looked cool with the trees. Nice place to eat, drink and hang with friends
