Hallo. Ich war zum Haareschneiden in der Frisierbar.
Meine Haare wurde mir leider extrem schief geschnitten. Daraufhin erfolgte eine Korrektur. Im Gesamten war es nun gerade doch der Friseur hat mir dann meine vordere Parti, damit meine ich von oben bis zum Ohrbereich, sprich ein Viertel meiner Haare, nochmal verschnitten. Ich müsste also nun erneut mindestens 5cm Länge lassen, um ein einheitlicheres Ergebnis zu haben.

Ich habe daraufhin den Besitzer kontaktiert. Dieser hat mir nicht richtig zugehört und sich auch nicht genug Zeit genommen. Er bot mir einen erneuten Korrekturschnitt an. Diesen lehnte ich ab und wollte ebenfalls das Geld zurück. Ich habe also der Lastschrift widersprochen, weil sich der Inhaber nicht mehr gemeldet hat.

Wieso sollte jemand, dem zwei mal die Haare verschnitten werden ein drittes Mal zu euch kommen? Gehts noch?

Ein paar Monate später erhalte ich vom Buchhalterbüro eine Aufforderung den Betrag in Höhe von 83 Euro und zuzüglich 30 Euro Kosten (Mahnkosten, Anschriftenermittlung und sonstigem) zu zahlen.

Da ich keine Rechtschutzversicherung habe und mit anderen Sachen zu kämpfen habe (Gesundheit) habe ich das Geld überwiesen.

Ich bin maßlos enttäuscht von euch! So unmenschlich muss man sich mal erst verhalten!

Übrigens hat der Friseur beim Korrekturschnitt gesagt: oh Gott, was hab ich den da gemacht.
Ja das frage ich mich auch. Und dann machst du das selbe gleich nochmal. Und ich soll das Geld zahlen?
Ich habe es mir jetzt selber gerade geschnitten.

Ich kann nur sagen: Schande über euch und das Geld soll euch eine Sünde sein.

War samstags eine halbe Stunde vor Feierabend hier, um nach einer Notlösung für mein unglückliches Farbergebnis von einer Fremdarbeit vom Vortag zu fragen. Statt mir einfach einen Toner zu verkaufen (wie ein anderer Friseur es zwei Stunden vorher schon getan hatte), wurde ich hier richtig beraten. Mir wurden meine Haare gefärbt und ich bin nun super zufrieden mit dem Ergebnis!
