My family of 3 has recently done a COVID PCR test in your Stuttgart (Germany) facility, which we needed for a flight. Our experience was extremely poor for two reasons:
1) When I booked my test online, the charge was mentioned with 47€. Arriving at the test centre, I was told a fee of 59€ by the employees at reception. After enquiring about the price difference, it was mentioned that there has been a recent price increase and that nothing could be done about it. There wasn’t even an apology for the inconvenience. Since we needed the test for a flight, we were left with no other option than to pay the total difference of 36€ for the 3 of us and go ahead. From my perspective, this is very poor customer service.
2) The facility had a staff of 3. The one person who was performing the actual test did a very professional job, particularly with our child. The other two employees were making out (!!!) at the reception while we were getting the tests done at the back of the testing centre. I consider this extremely unprofessional in any business but especially in a COVID testing centre!!!
As such, I can not recommend the eurofins COVID testing facility in Stuttgart at all!
