I needed some professional to look at my road bike's drive train due to an annoying noise that was coming out of it. I walked into the store and they were kind enough to take a look despite being obviously busy with their other engagements. Unfortunately, the reality was different. The AddBike was erected incorrectly, a relevant part was completely forgotten, screws were mixed up during assembly and assembled incorrectly. A look at the accompanying description would have sufficed. We had a lot of trouble and effort, no apologies from the dealer, only the hint that they hadn't installed it that often and finally also a three-time right to rectification. Is that the claim and service of a specialist dealer? That cannot be your claim. We are still speechless and more than disappointed!

Auf der Eurobike 2021 hatten wir uns für den Hundetransport das Addbike angesehen, präsentiert von ebike Schahl.
Wir waren froh, einen Vertriebspartner und Fachgeschäft hier vor Ort zu haben, es aufbauen (mit Montagegebühr) lassen zu können und hatten daher bewusst nicht im Netz bestellt. Die Realität sah dann leider anders aus. Das AddBike wurde fehlerhaft aufgebaut, ein relevantes Teil komplett vergessen, Schrauben bei der Montage verwechselt und falsch montiert. Ein Blick in die beiliegenden Beschreibung hätte genügt. Wir hatten eine Menge Ärger und Aufwand, keine Entschuldigung seitens des Händlers, nur der Hinweis, man hätte das noch nicht so oft montiert und schliesslich auch ein dreimaliges Nachbesserungsrecht. Ist das der Anspruch und Service eines Fachhändlers? Das kann nicht Ihr Anspruch sein. Wir sind immer noch sprachlos und mehr als enttäuscht!

At my request, only a new chain was put on at first. After that it became clear that the chain was getting stuck on the ailing sprockets (was planning to have these replaced sometime anyway). So the front sprocket and the rear sprocket cassette were spontaneously replaced immediately. All with Shimano parts. Then I was shown the ailing parts. I can take them with me as a souvenir. The price is also totally transparent: the components with a fair price and fair labor costs.
An hour after arriving, my e-bike was running like new again! I'm thrilled and can only recommend the shop.

Mir ist die Kette meines E-Bike unterwegs gerissen. Google hat mir den Laden angezeigt. Habe eine halbe Stunde vor Öffnungszeit angerufen und mir wurde angeboten, gleich vorbeizukommen.
Laden von der Straße aus kaum zu sehen, im Hinterhof. Der Besuch hat sich aber gelohnt!
Auf meinen Wunsch hin wurde zunächst nur eine neue Kette aufgezogen. Danach wurde klar, dass die Kette an den maroden Ritzeln hängenbleibt (hatte ohnehin vor, diese mal bei Gelegenheit austauschen zu lassen). Also wurden auch sofort noch spontan das Ritzel vorne und die Ritzelkassette hinten erneuert. Alles mit Shimanoteilen. Danach wurden mir die maroden Teile gezeigt. Ich dürfe sie als Erinnerung mitnehmen. Auch der Preis total transparent: Die Komponenten mit fairem Preis und faire Arbeitszeitkosten.
Eine Stunde nach eintreffen lief mein E-bike wieder wie neu! Bin begeistert und kann den Laden nur weiterempfehlen.
