Eigentlich lecker. Aber Problemhandling leider absolutes Totalversagen. Haben Salat bestellt und ohne Dressing/Soße erhalten - so absolut nicht essbar (trockener Salat halt) auf Rückfrage maximale Möglichkeit uns das Dressing zu erstatten oder es vor Ort abzuholen (ohne jeglichen Rabatt für den Mehraufwand..). Ja Fehler können passieren, aber so mit Kunden umzugehen geht gar nicht. Ausreden der Laden sei so voll (war er vor Ort dann nicht..) geben noch mehr Faden Beigeschmack.

So leider nicht nochmal obwohl das Essen eigentlich wirklich lecker ist! Schade.
