Would not stay here again. Location to the city was great if you just wanted to visit. Not for us this one. We travelled around Europe for 1 month and this was by far one of the worst. The site did not feel friendly or that clean. There is no access to the river, all concrete and very industrial. The funfair was not even there as everything was being set up for the beer festival.

Only saving grace was a visit to Tripsdrill theme park. If we went to this area of Germany again would stay at the campsite near Tripsdrill and not in Stuttgart.

Friendly people who run this sight but very very over priced we paid €39 for 1 night and we were put next to the entry so it was very busy all the time basic sight and not clean

All I will say is…if you want a shower, then make sure you get in there before 9am, else you will be waiting for 2 hours for them to be cleaned

A great location for getting into Stuttgart. All the facilities you need with very friendly and helpful staff.

The little Bistro on site is a real gem, the food is excellent and great value for money, the service is spot on with very friendly waitresses, it’s has a really good atmosphere. Would seriously recommend eating after your day out.

Decent campsite with hardstanding for campers, shop, bistro in evening, clean facilities, good and not onerous covid measures. Usual German nickel and diming cost structure. Avoid during Volksfest/Fruelingsfest. It's a covid year so no festival but grounds are fenced off so no quick route to ubahn (regardless of what Google maps says). Staff friendly. Quick and easy to get into Stuttgart by public transport, and river pathway not far for walking or cycling.

It's not a campsite but the most expensive Car/Lorry Park I've ever been to. Yes it's got electricity and clean showers but it in the middle of the biggest fairground I've ever seen. There are Travellers/Fairground workers everywhere some on site drinking beer for breakfast. It's next to the river but because of fences it's a 20 min walk before you see water which is a shame because the River is beautiful. If it's convenience for visiting Stuttgart that you're after then fine it's just not for me, and I could have got a hotel room for not much more.

Very nice campground within walking distance from the city. Very nice, inexpensive alternative to a hotel or hostel. The staff were very nice and spoke English. Showers and bathrooms were clean.

There is a lot of noise pollution from the road at night, but it's to be expected in a place so close to the city.
