Good service but it just doesn't have that finishing touch for the fine details. Paying a premium for services and for the most part you get 9/10 but they just seem so busy that their are imperfections in the work that could have been addressed with a few more minutes of work. Overall, I recommend this shop.

Advised that my three year old bike needed over $200 of new parts and services and when I got it back it rode worse than when I dropped it off. On top of that the service is slow.

Suggestion for next time: instead of arguing, just quickly do a few things, be happy about a tip, sell a few more accessories and everyone could be happy.

From this experience with the service of the bike workshop, I advise against a visit.

Fahrrad über Jobrad / Fahrrad.de bestellt zur Abholung in der Bikewerkstatt. Nachdem das Fahrrad dort ankam, teilte man mir mit, ein Termin zur Endmontage und Abholung sei erst in drei Wochen verfügbar.

Ich selbst habe für diese Endmontage 20 Minuten gebraucht, ein Profi schafft das sicher in 10. Es kann ja wohl kaum sein, dass ein 3.500 € Fahrrad einfach drei Wochen rumsteht, weil keine 20 Minuten Zeit verfügbar sind.

Wer keine Zeit für Ínbetriebnahmeaufträge hat, sollte dann auch keine annehmen. Wer aber Kapazität für so etwas an fahrrad.de meldet, sollte es auch zeitnah zuende bringen können.

Werden Neukunden im Laden eigentlich auch weggeschickt, weil 20 Minuten für ein Verkaufsgespräch erst wieder in drei Wochen frei sind?

Vorschlag für nächstes Mal: Anstatt zu diskutieren, einfach schnell die paar Handgriffe erledigen, sich über ein Trinkgeld freuen, noch ein paar Zubehörteile verkaufen und alle könnten glücklich sein.

Aus dieser Erfahrung mit dem Service der Bikewerkstatt rate ich von einem Besuch ab.
