Ich hab mir am vergangenen Samstag spontan bei der Bäuerlichen Erzeugergemeinschaft in der Markthalle Stuttgart ein paar Landjäger (Rind- und Schwein) und andere Rohesser gegönnt.

Die Härte, Würzung und Qualität der Landjäger ist aussergewöhnlich gut - ein richtiger Genuß. Die Bedienung war professionell und freundlich. Das Preisniveau ist dem auf anderen Metzgereien gleich - also höher als beim Discounter, aber gefühlt gerechtfertigt.

Nebenaspekt: Es waren überraschend viele Angestellte am Stand - auch mit sehr lauten Diskussionen. Hat sich angefühlt wie oldschool Profiküchen, wo man möglichst grob reden und den anderen behandeln muss (Der arme "Dummkopf" der den Wagen falsch beladen hat und der das "nicht noch einmal machen wird"... - aber nur eine erlebte Momentaufnahme. Hat mich nicht betroffen.
