The place is good and the breakfast was good. Rooms are small but OK. Except the very rude and unacceptable behavior of the reception at the time of check-in, others aspects are OK. Management should really think about whom they use for reception and teach them very basic manners and politeness.

Good hotel for the price. €85 for two nights with breakfast. Did the job for a solo traveller, somewhat close to the metro, though its a pretty steep walk uphill

Tolerable to spend a night. Still I didn't sleep well as a bed was not comfortable.
No way to cook or warm food. A kettle on a photo belongs to me.
3 spoons are totally representative of the whole appartment and a host's welcomeness - that is exactly how they lay in a box, with an appartment for 5 people.
Also keep in mind in the evening the public parking places are stuck and to set your car in a garage costs additional 15 euros a night.
The sight from the upper appartment was nice, and that's it.
Not recommended if you have options.

Stayed here for 2 nights. Smaller than pictures in booking.com there were no smoking signs in-front of all rooms yet the smell of smoke was obvious in front of my room. Would be okey with it if it wasnt overpriced

We stayed here 1 night in July 2022. It was 30°C outside. It was 32°C inside. There is no air-conditioning. We spoke to the front desk and he told us there was nothing he could do. There were also no fans to circulate the air. There are windows that open, but they are not safe with children around. Do not stay here during the summer!!

Super friendly and helpful staff. Quality of the breakfast was amazing. Price was extremely reasonable. The room was fairly small and a bit outdated but for this price and location I can't complain. Beautiful building from the outside. I will absolutely stay here again.

My friend and I spent a few nights in this hotel two weeks ago.
We booked it through booking and the experience was quite pleasant considering the cleanliness of the room, the absence of noise at night and the shop close to it in case you need to buy something to drink or to eat.

I rate the experience with three stars because I think every toilet should provide two towels each person and not only three. How should a person dry her hair with the same towel of the body and the face? I have never found myself in this position...not to mention that we ask for an additional one and they told us to pay 3 euro for that.

Furthermore the gentleman at the reception had an attitude that was anything but friendly and cordial. He gave us directions about the second door to use in case we were going back to the hotel after 11pm but it was not very clear. At the time we asked again what he meant he was quite bored.

I hope they will improve these two points since at the end of the day the price was worthy for the stay.
