We stayed there as a family (2 adults + 2-year old) for 4 days. The “breezy” room was quite nice and spacey. One of the great assets of this hotel are courteous and professional employees. Very polite and helpful. Breakfast was also quite good. Nice selection of food and plenty of seating.

Good location near metro stop and shopping mall downstairs. No coffee espresso machine in room. The beds are comfortable, rooms are quiet and quite clean. We have an urban king room which is very spacious. Recommended.

I loved my stay here. The rooms were clean and modern. The location is super convenient to the U-bahn station. Check-in staff was friendly. The soundproofing of the rooms was top-notch, I slept like a baby. I would stay here again.

Perfect hotel. Far enough from the city center to be quiet, but 15 minutes walk. Staff was awesome, helping me with some needs. Sunday night had a DJ playing music. Parking is underneath hotel and large indoor mall.

Had a bad experience at this hotel recently … no water given for 3 days back to back even after complaints. One day my room wasn’t even cleaned and it was not a pleasant experience to walk in at evening after work …. Room was still not cleaned and I had to sleep in dirty room …. I won’t recommend this hotel unless you don’t have a choice …. Hotel really needs to pull up to basic service to customers

I spent a night in a four-people room, two double beds. The place is cleaned and easy to reach, ten mins walking from the central train station. Very good breakfast but the double beds are slightly small.

We came in at the hotel 2022-8-05.we ordered 4 rooms. And my family has 6 people. When we checked out of the hotel. My whole family had louse in their hair. It started with my sister at first. And we bought 2 louse shampoo remover. The louse shampoo didn't even help. Plus they don't even change their bed sheets. And my dad was showering in the bathroom and then all of the water came out. He called room service and when he came. He used the white towels that are in the bathroom to clean the floor ????.
