Nice hotel with spacious rooms designed for families and the park is a clear 5 stars (independent of the hotel). However expect to sleep above a nightlife club here, with party music and crowds outdoors until 3am in the morning (!). Apparently they have regular events and don’t care about guests to facilitate parties in the hotel. Don’t stay here with young kids if your kids like to sleep.

We booked a pirate themed suite which was around 350€.

The room was okay, but had no AC and no mini bar. Just how is this possible at this price point??

It was way over 30 degrees outside and the staff left the windows open all day so it was incredibly humid inside the suite. This is far from comfortable. Especially for children and babys.

The park itself is great, breakfast and dinner were great too.

Booked Peppa pig - room. Room is nicly decorated, but not at all child friendly Toilet and sink i hard to use for kids (no stool to step on or anything). Even the tap has smooth handles, wich is hard to operate. The room has all hard surfaces, amplifing noise inside and ajecent the room. Matresses are cheap (foam) and rock hard. Even the outlets are badly placed and without usb. Dont know why this room cost extra. It is like staying at a cheap hostel.

The facility is not up to date -
No aircondition, no minibar, no coffe machine, no laundry service and only one elevator.
Other than that the stuff is very nice and the oark is very good

Very good. It's one the greatest experience that we had in Germany so far. We will be here again next year.

The park is great. Hotel as well. We had a great time spending 3 days in the park. First day was school day so we could enjoy all without queues. Was awesome!
Other days most attractions had 30-40 minutes queue.
For the hotel... very nice rooms (we had pirate suite) which the kids loved. We were not sure about dinner buffet, but it was very good with average price 98 euro for family of 4. All included.
One improvement point for the room... It looked like the floor haven't been washed and it was a bit sticky on arrival. But could easily solve it on our own.

Great place for kids, and a special mention about their food - English breakfast was fantastic there!
