I like Zara products, but the personal from this store is very very unfriendly! Everytime I have asked (nicely) a question about an order or the availability, they seemed disturbed, bossy and unpolite. I have never experienced a something like that before.
Sorry, but I will never go back again.

I have ordered from Zara on 20 Jan. There was a problem in my delivery address. I requested Zara customer care people to change my delivery address. They said this is not possible so they cancelled my order. I requested a refund and the zara customer people are not helping. it's more than like 20 days. guys don't buy through online. The customer service are not responding properly...

This is a nice store, but they seemed to have a limited selection for people who are built like me. I have long arms and naturally broad shoulders so it's difficult to find a good fit

a very poor customer service with impolite staff in brach of Saarbruecken (not all of them but almost!). I personally love Zara and have been Zara's Customer since almost 20 Years in different countries and different cities. Have never seen such impolite and unhelpfull staff ever in Zara.
