Very scenic view from the tower which also tells the directions of various important locations and even countries! I definitely recommend it.

It's nice to hike around the woods here. If you're happen to come across this tower, don't be shy and get inside. Here can walk up the (many many) stairs. It's a nice little workout and you will be rewarded with a nice view of the town and the university. If you're up for some fun, sing a song when you're walking down. The echo will blow you're mind. Then go back and enjoy the calmness of the Forrest ????????

It's a great place to hike to, sit, and just have a picnic. You can climb up inside the tower (lots of stairs!) and get a good view of the surrounding city. They have benches and a campfire circle set up outside, so you can visit during the daytime or at night. The tower is open during summertime from 08:00 to 20:00 and in winter from 08:00 to 18:00.

Definitely one of the #sights of #Saarbrücken. But as you first have to climb this little #mountain and then some stairs in the #tower you should be a bit in shape. There's no elevator here. :p
But the view from up there is absolutely worth the hassle.
