Sämtliche Mitarbeiter sind extrem freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Ich habe Tafelspitz probiert und dem Inhaber gesagt das es das Beste war das ich je gegessen habe.
Werde ab jetzt öfter den zwar etwas längeren, dafür aber lohnenswerten Weg aus Ranstein nach Saarbrücken auf mich nehmen.
Was mich am meisten überzeugt hat, ist die Qualität der Lebensmittel.
Diese stammen nämlich größtenteils aus der Region und sind zum Teil in Bio-Qualität.
Außerdem wird großen Wert auf saisonale Gerichte gelegt.
Nicht auslassen möchte ich zudem die vorzügliche Weinauswahl????
