Friendly personnel, delicious food in the restaurant and breakfast, and clean and comfortable rooms.

If you stay in Saarbrücken for a couple of days, I would definitely recommend Schlosskrug!

When you look for a decent hotel to stay while exploring Saarbrücken and surroundings, Schlosskrug is marvellous. Great staff, nice and clean rooms, good food. No nonsense or bling, a lovely and warm place to stay. Here the people fully understand how to make you feel welcome.

If you've ever wondered what a typical German restaurant/pub looks like, this is the place. Excellent kitchen, simple yet delicious dishes and reasonably priced.

Ich dachte immer ein Hotel ist zum erholen da. Aber leider nicht, Matratzen waren hart wie ein Lattenrost und total uriniert. Die Ausstattung ist nicht zeitgemäß der Stil ist aus den 40er 50er Jahren. Da wird einfach an den Gästen gespart, und nichts erneut. Am Abend stinkt das Zimmer wie ein kneipenlokal.
