The pizza tasted cheesy and crusty. It was okay to be honest. The price range is okay. However, one cannot eat it on regular basis, can try occasionally only!! The staff are super chill and helpful. Overall, worth the price!!

My bad experience with the restaurant staff. We waited a long time for the waiter to come to take the order, and every time one of them passed by us and deliberately did not turn around as if he was saying I am not ready to take the order. Of course, because the boys crave pizza, we got past this bad impression and after our attempts (please, if you would be so kind, etc.), then one of them came while he was hated and I don't know what caused this feeling!!!!!!! With the exception of one of the 50-year-olds, it seems to me, she realized the mistreatment of her colleagues and liked to pet us, and she was really very nice to us.

Staff was unbelievably rude. They have brought wrong order and when we tried to explain what we have actually ordered they (2 male waiters) became very annoyed and rude and started shouting, as they refused to believe us. Once they went to check in their notebook and system, they saw that it was an error on their side and a sweet lady came to apologize (although it was the two waiters who were rude, not her). Yet the other two waiters remained unfriendly. Mistakes do happen and can happen, it was not a problem, we waited for another 20 minutes to get the right order, what was actually shocking is staff rudeness even though we were just trying to explain that the order was wrong. And rather than owning their mistake and apologizing the waiter/chef have escalated the situation by screaming. Long story short, rudeness of the staff has ruined our day trip. The food was OK, wings were not cooked well, pizza was better.

As a typical American kid I ate at PH, so I know what it's all about. Then I grew up.

So, PH is the last place I'd choose to eat at, especially in Europe. I only came here because my European friend loves it.

That being said, I was pleasantly surprised at how good it was. And I'd have to say it's not as greasy as how I remember it being back in the states.
The service was good and the restrooms are very clean and well maintained.

I just think they're a bit overpriced, so -1*.

The manager on duty was very strange. I asked to use the bathroom, and when told that I needed to order something, I said ok and took a table for an order. While waiting for the menu, I tried going to the bathroom and I was blocked by the manager on duty which had previously sat me. He said that I needed to order first, then use the toilet. I tried to explain that I needed to use the bathroom before ordering but he refused to allow it. It was a very very bad experience because the manager made a huge scene. When I asked the manager if he was treating me this way because of my skin color, he laughed and said “I can not be racist, I’m Chinese.” Pizza Hut will not be getting any of my money for a long time and I’d give negative stars if that were possible.

Nice location and google ambiance. The few times I have been there, it was full house and had to wait to be allocated a seat. The service is good and the waiting time is bearable. The wash rooms are also very well maintained. Highly recommend this for individuals and family eating out.
