Loved that it's a vegetarian/vegan restaurant. Tried the rhubarb lemonade, hummus bowl, and waffles. You can scan a QR code and order and pay online directly using credit/debit card or PayPal. Or you can order at the counter and pay there.
The waffles were amazing. The hummus bowl was quite good. Overall, quite a nice place to try out the vegetarian options. The ambience is also quite cosy.

Found this place when I was looking for a quick coffee. The terrace with the sun is dreamy! The food was excellent as well the staff is very nice too.

Really loved the dessert (vegan cake) and the food is very nice too. Friendly and fast service. Beautiful quaint location. It was a bit confusing for a moment because one of the staff said that they're 100% vegan at first, but then there were some things that were with dairy. In the end we figured it out and found what we need, but it was a big confusing.

LUUC opened in May’19 and is a rather new restaurant but it’s definitely the upcoming star in the breakfast scene!
Offering a broad variety of different breakfast options and coffee, I‘m sure even the breakfast grinch can find a dish of his liking!
Açaí Bowl, Buddha Bowl, Bagles, mixed platters... you name it, they have it.
That comes a long with a pretty good flat white!
Make sure to book a table as it is full almost every weekend for lunchtime!
LUUC brings a lot of value to Saarbrücken!

Excellent selection of food, especially for anyone after vegetarian or vegan, but certainly something for everyone. Coffee was good too. Will head back for breakfast soon.

Best cafe we went to in saabrucken! The avocado toast was amazing , best we have had. Even the burgers were very good!
The staff was super helpful and sweet.
