My friend and I stopped in while visiting the Christmas market. There were so many employees in the store but they were too busy socializing with each other and people who were obviously friends to ask if we needed any help. I was hoping to purchase a shampoo bar and maybe a few other special things but I was completely ignored.

Very good service. Everything is explained and can be tried at wish.
Personnel takes a lot of time to help you.
Prices are acceptable for the quality and many uses of the products.

The store is on the smaller side for Lushes, but it makes up with the helpful staff. They all speak multiple languages to help you.
