We have booked the hotel on the basis of that each room has a suitable AC with cold temperature. Once we have reached to the room we have noticed that it's very very hot, we have asked the the reception person on the reason of bad AC and he said that let's wait for an additional 2 hours, and it will cool Down. After 4 hours, we have returned again and it was way hotter than before even. We went down, and he said that they have an issue in the AC. Honestly speaking, we think that we ere misled by the hotel stuff. If they told us form the beginning that AC is not working, we would have taking a deceisin to leave the hotel. In addition, my brother has a 3 year old daughter and she was crying like any other normal kid, the recepsionest came to us and told us that please leave the area and go outside since she was making too much noise, Really!!!!. We are very upset, and for us this is a very very bad experience.

The room is very hot, we checked in around 07:00 pm and the reception employee gave us extra cards to put in the slot and told us that the A/C is working but it needs few hours to cool the room. We went to town and just came back after few hours, and the room is extremely hot. We went to reception and they just told us that there is a problem with the A/C and they brought someone to fix it but it’s not fixed. on the top of that the same reception guy asked my wife to leave the reception area to outside the hotel because my daughter voice is too loud for him. Unfortunately this hotel rating on booking is very high, and in my humble opinion they are the worst by far comparing to all the hotels I visited in Europe for the last 10 years. If you want to stay here make sure that you bring an extra fan with you and to leave your children in home.

Worst hotel so far even one star is so much for them . We checked in at 5 o’clock and the A/C on the rooms wasn’t working in the middle of AUGUST. It was so hot they told us it takes time to work so we went to the downtown. After coming back the A/C still not working and they told us they tried to fix it but couldn’t besides the reception guy needs to earn some manners and how to be courteous. He told us to get my niece (who merely a little kid ) out of the reception because she so LOUD for him . That’s unacceptable. Don’t recommend this hotel for anyone .

Superb value for money, one of the best breakfast / brunch buffets ever. Rooms are also nice, and clean, the mattress on the beds are firm enough for a good sleep. (In the wall between the WC in the bathroom and the beds can be some frosted glass, if you do mind that.)

Nice sized bedrooms with very comfy bed and with the slightly unusual feature of the sink outside the bathroom! Breakfast staff were a bit aloof but the food itself was very good. We had some issues with the lack of air conditioning which we thought we were getting as advertised on website. We will avoid here in August again until ac is guaranteed.

This hotel met our expectations, based on the description and the price. The hotel was very central yet in a quiet road. The room was big, clean and quiet (we asked for a quiet room). The baby cot was of good quality and so were our beds. Breakfast was exceptional, with good quality products, a wide range of choice and quick service. Members of staff were helpful and polite. Anti covid measures were in place, such as a screen at reception, hand sanitizer at reception , members of staff wearing masks most of the time, one way system to get to the restaurant for breakfast with mandatory use of gloves (which were provided on entrance, to be wore straight there after having used the hand sanitizer) and masks to be used when getting food at the buffet.

The only things to improve are being clearer on the parking situation ie you need to book parking when you reserve the room ; being clearer on covid measures taken eg signs were mostly in German; the floor in the room was a bit dated and worn out; it would have been good to have a fridge in the room.

Would good back.

Very nice hotel. The rooms are spacious and clean. The beds are big and comfortable. There is a big selection of food for breakfast and everything is fresh and tasty. The staff is polite and helpful. The localization is great. I had a nice time there.
