So. Now we also had ample opportunity to look around in the restaurant. There, too, you will find the charm and friendliness of the employees. Proper advice, fresh food, laughter beyond the counter - eyes and ears also eat and are promptly rewarded.
The restaurant itself has enough seats on two levels (the upper one is very easy to reach via stairs AND elevator) and in the outdoor area.
When it comes to cleanliness, nothing is left to be desired, there are no crumbs or leftover drinks on the tables like there are with the Cologne colleagues - we found that very pleasant.
Lunch was delicious as expected and coffee/cake very good and reasonably priced.
That meanwhile outside in the parking lot, which unfortunately was not monitored, someone dented the car that had just been picked up from the dealership and ran away... well.
The bottom line is of course the full five stars, here are two extra ** for the hospitality there.

I refer my review exclusively to the Metzgerexpress and the bistro corner in the entrance area:
Both service stations were clean and made a decent impression. The women (only at the time of our visit) were friendly across the board, even smiled (right, Cologne-Marsdorf, that's something you don't know about, right?!) and gave us very good advice on choosing the products.
What is also unknown in other houses (and again the sad look goes in the direction of Cologne-Marsdorf!) was capitalized in the bistro corner: hygiene and always clean wiped tables. The ladies there were also in a good mood with a beaming smile. All around the sometimes hectic atmosphere, we felt in good hands there during our snack break.
Just take a look. Maybe next time we'll have time to get into the restaurant ;-)

So. Nun hatten wir auch ausreichend Gelegenheit, uns auch im Restaurant umzutun. Auch dort findet man bei den Mitarbeitenden den Charme und die Freundlichkeit wieder. Ordentliche Beratung, Speisen frisch, Lachen auch jenseits des Thresens - Auge und Ohren essen mit und werden auch prompt belohnt.
Das Restaurant selbst verfügt über ausreichend viele Plätze auf zwei Ebenen (die obere ist via Treppe UND Aufzug sehr gut zu erreichen) und im Außenbreich.
Beim Thema Sauberkeit bleiben ebenfalls keine Wünsche offen, da sind keine Krümel oder Getränkereste auf den Tischen zu finden wie bei den Kölner Kolleg:innen - wir empfanden das als sehr angenehm.
Mittagessen war wie erwartet lecker und Kaffee/Kuchen sehr gut und preiswert.
Daß derweil draußen auf dem leider nicht überwachten Parkplatz uns einer eine Delle ins gerade kurz vorher vom Autohaus abgeholten Wagen dotzte und das Weite suchte... nunja.
Unterm Strich bleiben natürlich die vollen fünf Sterne stehen, hier noch zwei Extra- ** für die Gastfreundschaft dor.

Ich beziehe meine Rezension ausschließlich auf den Metzgerexpress und die Bistro-Ecke im Eingangsbereich:
Beide Servicestationen waren sauber und machten einen ordentlichen Eindruck. Die (zu unserem Besuchszeitpunkt ausschließlich) Damen waren durch die Bank weg freundlich, lächelten sogar (gell, Köln-Marsdorf, sowas ist bei Euch unbekannt, nicht?!) und berieten uns sher gut bei der Auswahl der Produkte.
Was ebenfalls in anderen Häusern (und wieder geht der traurige Blick in Richtung Köln-Marsdorf!) unbekannt ist wurde im Bereich der Bistro-Ecke groß geschrieben: Hygiene und stets sauber abgewischte Tische. Die Damen auch dort mit einem strahlenden Lächeln gut gelaunt. Drumrum mitunter hektische Atmosphäre fühlten wir uns dort während unserer Snack-Pause bestens aufgehoben.
Mal schauen. Vielleicht haben wir beim nächsten Besuch ja mal Zeit, bis ins Restaurant vorzudringen ;-)
