Very conveniently located for the Christmas market. Staff were helpful. Room was clean and comfortable but, like most big hotels, soulless.

I would give this hotel 5 stars, but rubber mattress protector ruined my sleep. Also the room is extremely small

Currently hotel doesn't provide breakfast because of Covid 19 measures.

Positively surprised by the rooms and the breakfast. Minus for staff that smalls of cigarettes and is super slow and no newspaper
