Wir hatten das große Glück das wir bei Hr. Schmidt zur Serviceannahme waren, denn wie sich rausstellte ist dieser Mann selbst ein leidenschaftlicher Camper. Nicht nur das er uns Tipps und Tricks gezeigt hat, er konnte uns sogar mit Reparatur(Aufstelldach) und Anbau (Markise) endlich 2 für uns große Arbeiten durchführen, was 3 Womo Händler ein ganzes Jahr nicht schafften, da gefühlt auf dem Womo Markt derzeit nur noch "verkauft" wird. Wenn man Service oder Reparaturen braucht ist man derzeit echt arm dran.
Von der Terminanfrage bis zur Abholung lief alles mehr als rund.
In der Zeit in der unser Campster zum Anbau der Markise bei PSA stand wurde ich regelmässig über den Fortschritt informiert, ohne das ich selbst nachfragen müsste, so wünscht man sich das. Preis Leistung waren Top, und wie gesagt aktuell bekommt man von anderen Händlern derzeit weder Angebote noch verbindliche Termine für solche Werkstatttermine.
Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Mein Mann und ich sind beide berufstätig, brauchen ein Auto, haben keine Kindersitze, etc und die Sommerkleidung im Auto. So ein Maß an Inkompetenz ist mir in meinem Leben noch nicht untergekommen. Wir sind jetzt dabei rechtliche Schritte einzuleiten.
