If i could give zero stars i would give it.
The portions are very small, the Schnitzel was slightly bigger than a chicken mc nugget???? and we waited for 20 min that someone serves us.
One waiter wanted to check something in the kitchen for us and said he would come again. Then he just went to serve other people.
The rasperries on my salad werent washed either and the mango lemonade didnt taste like mango at all.
Then as to the changing room for babies, the light was super poor and the changing thing was super hard. The garbage bin didnt work…
The waiters and waitresses were super young which is not a problem but i felt like there was no kind of supervisor for them and they didn’t know how to do their job.
Ah and before i forget, the bread tasted like 4 days old.
The only good thing is the location which is infront of the Saar.

Not bad but not great either. The tapas were decent (chicken crispers are the best). We were excited to try the flammkuchen but it was too salty for us.

Everything we tried was really good, and not expensive. We tried their menu and Sunday brunch, and both times were satisfied. The place looks great, and stuff is friendly (but service can be a bit slow).

1 star for the drinks and food, and a star for the location. They’re okay, not the best, not the worst. But the customer service orientation and communication are both bad and need to be worked on. This isn’t my first time here, and every time I get even more surprised by how the crew are trained. I sat for half an hour before one of them approached me and asked what I wanted to order. My dad saw one of the waiters passing by and asked her if we could order and she had this confused look on her face as if she wasn’t working there. Seems like smiling is one of the most difficult tasks at this place. I hope management will work on developing their crews communication and soft skills, implement policies carrying more empathy to the customers.
Update: I delivered this feedback to the manager and he was very understanding and apologized on behalf of the waitress for her behavior, which I believe was a positive interaction, so another star was added for manager interaction.

I sat in this place couple of times now and i would say that it has nice location, nice friendly staff and cool interior. However the food is not good and it's expensive. We ordered fish nuggets/wings/ice cream/ lemonade. The fish were the frozen bad type for example. The prices generally are high. The beer is good and has an okay price. I hope for improvements because i enjoy sitting there with my family when I visit Saarbrücken.

Depends which waiter and day you go here.
Normally the staff and service is okay but communication is a problem especially when they are busy....
You have to tell a waiter that you are moving but on a busy day like today that was impossible.
I only had 1 coke and I moved because it was too sunny so I went to the shade. I gave the waitress 4€ I only wanted my change but she made a fuss on what table I was at.

Then I had to explain 3 times
I'm still waiting for a reply..

Multilevel restaurant. Nice atmosphere and lighting. Very friendly staff. Good food and view and the drinks are pretty awesome. It's a really great place to enjoy a good time with friends. The place can also handle large crowds (upon reservation) and still feel super comfy for everbody and to allow for conversation.
