zum Ablauf: Bestellung ca. 16:00 über Lieferando (1 Stunde vor Offnungszeit) für 17:15.
Lieferando Tracker zeigt Lieferung ab 17:15 als trifft gleich ein.
17:30 noch keine Lieferung. Tracker zeigt immer noch trifft gleich ein. Habe dann telefonisch nachgefragt und erfahren das der Fahrer unterwegs zu mir sei. Um 17:45 nach wie vor keine Lieferung, wieder telefonische Nachfrage was los ist. Antwort: "ICH BIN HIER DER CHEF!! ICH ENTSCHEIDE WANN WAS LOSGESCHICKT WIRD!!! DER FAHRER KOMMT GLEICH!!!!" Darauf hin habe ich mich erst mal verdutzt verabschiedet. So kann man doch zahlende Kundschaft nicht Anbrüllen?!?!?!???
In der Tat kam der Fahrer dann auch 5 Minuten später hier an. Der Temperatur nach war die Pizza aber keine halbe Stunde Unterwegs sondern nur diese 5 Minuten.... Also kann die erste Auskunft des Chefs nicht richtig gewesen sein...
Die Pizza war allerdings ohne Tadel und hat sehr gut geschmeckt, leider ein totaler Gegensatz zum Geschäftsgebaren.
Ich bin bin mir nicht sicher ob ich dort nochmals bestelle...
