Die Trainer sind super locker und stehen einem immer bei Fragen zur Seite. Auch in Sachen Ernährung bekommt man hier viele Tipps und Wissen. Alle sind super motiviert und übertragen diese Motivation auch auf die Kunden. Einmal im Monat steht eine Ganzkörperanalyse an und das Training gleicht einem Personal Training, da man hier höchsten zu zweit trainiert.
