Clean 0 Star Hotel - That it!
Hotel is located somewhere in the industrial area. Very bad public transport connection.
Small Hotel Bar in the lobby, might be noisy for the guests.
Restaurant Food is below canteen quality. We had a three course menu booked. The worst I ever had in a hotel. Intercontinental Breakfast next day was surprisingly OK. No Coffee Service even we had cups on the table.
Service, engaged and friendly but not experienced and professional. Might be excused due covid situation.
Partly defekt bathroom fittings! Unacceptable.
Power out at midnight and no electricity till next morning. They offered the affected guests to change the rooms in darkness without support. Unbelievable!!!

Keep in mind this is a 0 Star Hotel

The staff was very friendly, we even got to have breakfast on the terrace even if it was supposed to be closed. The breakfast was good, but the scrumbled eggs tasted like convenience food. The room was very pricy for what we got. The TV did not work, the blowdryer did not work and overall the room was a bit shabby with stains on the floor and furniture (tables, cupboards) that has already passed its best years. Also one of the lights at the bed did not work. An apology for the TV and blowdryer would have been nice, but nothing was offered to us.There are many switches in the room and it took us half an hour to figure out how everything works. An explanation would have been nice. Sorry to say so, but the next time we will book another one.

A ok hotel for the price.
Nothing special.
Not super clean, but still ok.
And a lot of cable on the carpet.

Service in the reception was good.

Real German: a bit old-fashioned (1980's style?), spacious room u0026 shower, very clean. Hotel is not in a great location, but free parking and close to Centro and Arena

The hotel is clean and the staff are always friendly and eager to help. Depending on the room you might hear the trains passing by which can be annoying when you are trying to sleep. However, the rooms are spacious and there is more than enough room to move around. I have also tried the restaurant. It offers a good breakfast with a lot of choices and the dinner menu is decent. Nothing extraordinary but far better from the rest of the choices you have around. The above at very reasonable prices so it is worth checking!

the hotel is cool and the rooms are spacious and well air-conditioned, it’s only bad that they still have carpet on the floor. Breakfast is also good. The only less pleasant thing is the proximity to the train line, some noise from passing trains
