Gestern Abend durfte ich an einer Feier anlässlich der Goldhochzeit von Freunden teilnehmen. Was ich mitgenommen habe: Ambiente hervorragend, das Essen von A bis Z erstklassig - alles nur noch getoppt von perfekten Servicekräften! Menschen wie Frau Abargane kann man sich nur wünschen. Die richtige Person am richtigen Platz. Offen, aufmerksam, herzlich, in positivem Sinne um keinen Spruch verlegen. Eine absolute Bereicherung mit Blick für das Ganze! Ebenso wie die junge Dame und der junge Mann (deren Namen ich leider nicht parat habe), die einen vorbildlichen Job gemacht haben! Gerne bezeichnet man Deutschland ja als Service-Wüste - die drei haben sich gestern als wohltuende Oase erwiesen. Auch wenn ich als "Kunde" gar nicht unbedingt König sein möchte, kam dieses Gefühl doch so selbstverständlich auf! Da meine Frau ausgebildete Hotelfachfrau ist, wissen wir durchaus, wovon wir reden. Ganz großes Kino! Herzlichen Dank!!!

Also das Ambiente war toll, aber das Buffet war für den Preis , den ich gehört habe (kann ich aber nicht beurteilen,war nur Gast), richtig schlecht.Kartoffel Gratin war super versalzen,dafür fehlte Gewürz an anderen Speisen.Es wurde sehr schleppend nachgegefüllt, wollte eigentlich Spätzle , die waren immer leer.Eine Bedienung hatte wohl das Deo vergessen????, sry aber das roch penetrant und ich weiss nicht ,ob ich da zu anspruchsvoll bin , aber die Dame , die uns zum größten Teil bediente , der sah man an, das Kellnerin die falsche Berufswahl war.Das gehört irgenwie , wie ich finde auch zum Job , ab und an mal zu lächeln.Wir waren auch sehr höflich zu allen Kellnerinnen.Wie gesagt , wenn der Preis von 100€/ Person stimmt, dann hätte ich deutlich mehr erwartet , als abgeliefert wurde.Es war aber trotzdem ein Gelungener Abend.
