Very nice and quiet hotel. I have experienced stays with more stars with less comfort. Room was very spacious for the price. The minus is the restaurant service. The varieties are there but the proposed English breakfast was overcooked, dry and cold. Also cantine lady was not friendly when requesting where to find the sugar for hot beverages. Her answer did not please us and we will keep the received answer undisclosed

Great location and very friendly helpful staff both at Reception desk and Breakfast. Breakfast buffet as mentioned by other reviewers was great, plenty of choices.

Found the rooms to be bit small.

Modern, clean, comfortable, recently renovated rooms good food, friendly staff. Handy for both the arena and the Westfield mall. Wasn't expect much out in this post-idustrial redevelopment area but was pleasantly surprised.

The most environmentally friendly hotel I have ever visited. Extremely comfortable beds, awesome staff, great breakfast.

For the price, it was excellent. Very clean room, easy check-in, tasty breakfast. Just needed more towels ???? They had everything I need for it to be an amazing breakfast... eggs, bacon, and coffee ???? The hallway smelled like food though and I couldn't figure out where it was coming from.

I rarely give a 5 stars, but in this hotel I was feeling well. The staff were really kind and the breakfast was ok. The price was also good compared to the two connected rooms which I liked a lot. The beds were good and the room was very clean.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, amazing shower and good breakfast. They have a huge parkinglot, which you do have to pay for. The hotel is located right next to the mall. Only thing i personally disliked was the bed, it was a little too hard for my liking.
