Leider muss ich ja einen Stern geben damit ich bewerten kann. Die Bewertung müsste eigentlich 0 sein. Service und Kundenfreundlichkeit wird hier klein geschrieben bzw. ist GAR NICHT vorhanden. Am Telefon wurde ausdrücklich das große Party Set bestellt. Leider wurden nur zwei große Pizzableche fertig gemacht. Ein Fehler kann passieren, wenn der Kunde dann aber darauf aufmerksam macht, bekommt man direkt die Broschüre in der Hand gedrückt, man solle sich doch dann beim Chef melden und anrufen. Keine Kulanz, keine Spur von Bemühungen zur Zufriedenheit des Kunden. Hier werde ich definitiv nicht mehr hin gehen, war mit dem Essen vorher zufrieden. Aber selbst auf die Aussage, dass es das letzte Mal war dass ich dort bestellt habe, kam nur: " Ja okay dann nicht."

Es geht nicht um das Essen, es geht um die schlechte Behandlung von Kunden. Auch die Art wie die Mitarbeiter hinterm Tresen stehen, unfreundlich, lustlos und man fühlt sich nicht willkommen.

Wir hatten telefonisch Essen bestellt (Das Angebot für 10 Personen für 65€).
Was wir dann bei Abholung bekommen hatten war 2x Pizzablech für 64€.
Als wir bescheid sagten, das wir das falsche Gericht bekommen haben, wurde uns nur der Flyer von der Pizzaria in die Hand gedrückt und es wurde gesagt, dass wir den Chef anrufen sollen...
Wir sind sehr enttäuscht von dieser Pizzaria.
Das Personal kommt sehr gelangweilt und desinteressiert rüber.
Es war auch sehr unangenehm unseren Gästen mitzuteilen, dass wir nicht das bestellte bekommen haben...
Wir werden dort nie wieder hingehen!
Es gibt auch noch andere leckere Pizzarias hier in der Umgebung!
