Really spacious apartments kitted out to a very high standard - everything seemed brand new. I also had a very big kitchen in my apartment which would allow you to cook very comfortably. Check in was also very easy with the safes and codes. Would highly recommend if you are staying in the area.

Aparts in Oberhausen is a very tidy, comfy place. We stayed for just one night however I can tell that beds are large and comfy, very well equipped kitchen and overall - great value for money. Friendly staff and good localisation - I can recommend it!

Heel fijn appartement. Erg ruim en heel schoon. Fijne bedden een ruime badkamer met bad en douche.
Je hoeft eigenlijk bijna niks zelf mee te nemen. Er zijn schone handdoeken en een compleet ingerichte keuken met moderne apparatuur. Service en communicatie met de beheerder was erg goed. Gratis parkeren aan de achterzijde van het complex.
Zeker een aanrader voor zowel kort als lang verblijf.

Äußerst professionell und sympathisch ist er auch. Das war bereits unser zweiter Aufenthalt im Aparts OB und definitiv nicht unser Letzter, wenn wir wieder in der Gegend sein sollten.

Nevertheless, after my departure, the landlord accused me of not wanting to pay that fee, after all I didn't put it down when we left. In addition, he raised his voice with me on the phone about some dog hair in the bed linen, which has now had to be disposed of. We didn't even get a thank you for our courtesy - we paid more than the agreed fee because the bed linen was said to be no longer usable. That's a shame. Despite the high cleaning fee, we had a good impression of the accommodation, but were unfortunately disappointed by the disrespectful treatment of us after our departure.

Als Haustierbesitzer muss man jedoch mit vergleichsweise hohen Zusatzgebühren rechnen, auf die wir erst einige Tage nach der Buchung hingewiesen wurden, als eine kostenfreie Stornierung unserer Buchung nicht mehr möglich war. Am Anreisetag erhielt ich dann eine Rechnung, in der Paypal als Zahlungsoption für die Gebühr angegeben war. Dennoch wurde mir nach der Abreise vom Vermieter unterstellt, ich hätte eben jene Gebühr nicht zahlen wollen, schließlich habe ich sie ja nicht hingelegt bei unserer Abreise. Darüber hinaus wurde er mir gegenüber am Telefon laut aufgrund einiger Hundehaare in der Bettwäsche, die habe man nun entsorgen müssen. Für unser Entgegenkommen - wir haben dann mehr als die vereinbarte Gebühr bezahlt aufgrund der angeblich nicht mehr brauchbaren Bettwäsche - haben wir nicht mal ein Danke bekommen. Das ist wirklich schade. Trotz der hohen Reinigungsgebühr hatten wir einen guten Eindruck von der Unterkunft, wurden aber durch den respektlosen Umgang mit uns nach unserer Abreise leider ehr enttäuscht.
