Although I am a private patient and paid another 85€ a day for a single room, my 4-week stay was lousy, the food was a cheek, not edible, cold, no taste, only finished products, just bad. I can't imagine what it's like for the patients in this hospital.

Ich kann mir nicht vorstellen wie es den Kassenpatienten in diesem Krankenhaus ergeht.

Zwei Sterne gebe ich da ich hoffe die Ärzte und Pflegekräfte können nichts für diese Verhältnisse.

Ich bin den Ärzten endlos dankbar und kann endlich wieder in mein Leben zurück.

Das rechne ich der Neurologin hoch an zumal ich zu denen gehöre die panische Angst vor Ärzten hat :') ich kann zu meiner Erfahrung nichts negatives sagen und ja Wartezeit im Krankenhaus Grade in der Notaufnahme gehören dazu. Grade abends oder an Wochenenden wenn nicht so viele Ärzte arbeiten wird nach Dringlichkeit behandelt und sorry bevor jemand verstirbt der hätte gerettet werden können wäre er zu erst behandelt worden , sollte dieser Mensch eben gerettet werden . Jeder empfindet sich selbst als am wichtigsten klar da der Mensch egoistisch veranlagt ist und nur sein leid sieht aber manchmal sollte man vielleicht auch an andere denken die dort vielleicht Grade um ihr Leben kämpfen. Ich war sehr zufrieden dort und auch wenn ich hoffe nie wieder hin zu müssen , war es eine positive Erfahrung !

Ich hatte vor 2 Tagen einen kleinen gynäkologischen Eingriff im Clemenshospital und habe danach auf Station 41 gelegen.
Die Schwestern haben wirklich ihr möglichstes getan um sich zu kümmern, leider waren sie bei 2 Schwestern für 24 Patienten total überfordert.
Mir ging es nach der Nakose nicht so gut und ich musste z.B. 2 Stunden darauf warten, dass mal jemand meinen Blutdruck misst.
Einen Arzt habe ich nach der OP nicht gesehen. Erst am nächsten Tag und auch da nicht den Operateur, sodass nicht alle meine Fragen geklärt wurden.
Auffällig fand ich auch die schlechte Stimmung im Aufwachraum. Das Personal war untereinander sehr genervt und ich habe mich sehr unwohl dort gefühlt.
Ich arbeite selbst im Krankenhaus und ich weiß, das es überall Personalnot gibt, aber im Clemens fand ich sie schon sehr krass.
Die Schwestern auf der Station waren wirklich sehr nett und sehr bemüht, aber leider auch sehr überfordert.
Da fühlt man sich als Patient nicht gut aufgehoben.
