Great selection of bikes. Im.not a German speaker the friendly staff helped me find an employee that could answer all my questions. The staff went out of their way to help me and my son in both fitting helmets and purchasing gear. They also accepted my VAT form without any problems. They are very friendly. The store is very busy so you may have to wait a little while for the staff to attend to you, but once they do they are very professional. I will return to this store for more gear and possibly another bike.

Big selection of various bike components and clothing, and an in-store service center. Overall not a bad place to shop for bike parts.

The shop has everything you need for bicycles and motorbikes. Shop staff is helpful and knowledgeable, especially Mr.Salame. He advised and explained everything to the smallest detail and luckily for me - speaks English. I am very satisfied with my bike and I highly suggest this shop if you are looking for service, a new bike or accessories. Now you don't need a test to go in and it is open until 8 pm!

Great experience. Even though I do not speak german, when I arrived there Mr. Salame was a big help and he knew everything. He explained to me all the functionalities of all types of bicycles and helped me to choose exactly the one that I needed. Fully recommend the store and wish you all can have a great experience.

I worte before a 5 star review. I had to modiy it.
I ordered my new bike, but instead they gave me the one used in the store for the testing. I accepted only because otherwise i had to wait additional 2 weeks...
Beside that, I have then noticed that a cap was missing on my battery, and the guy at the store told me that he ordered, he has my data and he would call me as soon as it arrives.
After one month i did not get any call, they don't answer to my mails or messages. And i am still without that cap.

This is my old review:
I bought a bike here 2 years ago, and today I came to buy a new one.
The only problem is that is takes always a lot of time to talk with someone, but it is just because this store is always full of customers.
It is possible to order the bikes also online, but I like to buy them in the store because there is a lot of space in order to try the bikes.
There are a lot of bikes for all the tastes and for all the pockets, it is really hard not the find the bike you're looking for.
I ordered a bike today and they told me I can go to take it directly on Monday!
The guy with whom I've been talking today was super friendly and he helped me to find the right bike for me. I am satisfied and I cannot wait for next week to get my new ride!

Later edit: after many discussions they took it back. They said it is too cheap (500euro) for a 24km work road only on asphalt.
I have 2 bikes from here both with problems from beginning. One of them was till now 4 times there and still makes problems. The law says they muss take it back if they were not able to fix it 2 times but they won't. The bike was rarely used cause more time was in reparation and home it stays in a safe spot. So i wouldn't no more buy nothing from hier cause for me is not a trustworthy store.

What a terrible experience shopping at this shop. It took 3 months before they were able to deliver the bicycle although they promised 4-6 weeks. When connecting with them they do not answer the phone and personnel is super unfriendly. The first time, after 8 weeks, the bicycle arrived nobody informed me the bicycle arrived. When I wanted to take it I noticed the bicycle was damaged. They promised to order a new one that I could pick up the next week. This was not true. Nobody contacted me and after multiple calls that hardly get answered it took another 5 weeks before the bicycle arrived. Now they made me take a used bicycle and after coming home I noticed the charging system is missing, yet again I have to go back to this store where I really don’t want to come anymore. Unbelievable that they are able to find so many unfriendly people without any interest or knowledge in one place. Never go there to buy something.
