I worte before a 5 star review. I had to modiy it.
I ordered my new bike, but instead they gave me the one used in the store for the testing. I accepted only because otherwise i had to wait additional 2 weeks...
Beside that, I have then noticed that a cap was missing on my battery, and the guy at the store told me that he ordered, he has my data and he would call me as soon as it arrives.
After one month i did not get any call, they don't answer to my mails or messages. And i am still without that cap.
This is my old review:
I bought a bike here 2 years ago, and today I came to buy a new one.
The only problem is that is takes always a lot of time to talk with someone, but it is just because this store is always full of customers.
It is possible to order the bikes also online, but I like to buy them in the store because there is a lot of space in order to try the bikes.
There are a lot of bikes for all the tastes and for all the pockets, it is really hard not the find the bike you're looking for.
I ordered a bike today and they told me I can go to take it directly on Monday!
The guy with whom I've been talking today was super friendly and he helped me to find the right bike for me. I am satisfied and I cannot wait for next week to get my new ride!
