Pragash was awesome to deal with! We had bought a Vodafone sim in Amsterdam that stopped working in Germany. Pragash checked out my phone and card to confirm that it should be working, then called Vodafone in ND to try to further assist. After a game of "pass the buck" at Vodafone we opted to buy another sim for Germany instead u0026 Pragash set it up for us. Thanks for the help!????

The worst phone shop you could possibly walk into!!! It seems that the employees are actually trained to lie and cheat costumers!!! Every action the worker do are aimed at taking your money, do not trust them!!! Everyone should avoid this place of misery and frustration!!!!!!

There are many Vodafone shops in Nürnberg, by experience this is the worst one. Avoid Mr. Fesli, he is the worst employee that you want to approach to. He is like a used car sales man. He will cheat and lie to you.
