We ordered something, it hasn't arrived, we waited more than an hour, the deliverer call us and said it was our fault for not giving the right address and was very rude (we clearly write it right).
After, we went to the restaurant and the man who seems to be the owner, told us that it was us who made a mistake.

He kept repeating it's our mistake (I think he was saying that being a tourist who just arrived is a deadly sin).

The food was good but not worth ordering again....

The phone number of the deliverer is from California, logical.

I ordered at 2000 for a 2100 delivery. When it had not arrived at 2130 I called the restaurant, where the person on the line proceeded to yell at me because my name was not on the door. I understand that residents must put their names on their doors in Germany, but I ordered to an Airbnb, not my home. He said the driver had been waiting at my door for thirty minutes, which was not true; I could see the front door from where I was waiting. He hung up on me. I called back and he said the driver would return in five minutes. I stood outside and waited and found the driver ten minutes later, waiting outside the wrong door. The driver then proceeded to lecture me in German about having the name on the door. Again... Not my residence.

Food was fine. Average Chinese fare. Not worth two hours of waiting, plus the verbal abuse. Order from somewhere else.

I have ordered from this restaurant before but lately I am not doing my job. yesterday I ordered and the delivery lady was very nervous that she had not found the entrance to the block. he spoke very badly to me. today I ordered again and the food was half spilled, half I threw it in the trash and I struggled to clean the other containers so I could eat something. in the way my food was served, I didn't even have the appetite. their food is good that's why the two stars are offered eaten but not how you behave with customers

Been there not only once. For 7.5 Eur that you pay for the midday buffet, one simply cannot complain. The food is very tasty, fresh, and I am sure no one will leave hungry. :) The dish variety is not outstanding (I saw that the evening buffet is more varied), but the price vs. quality overall ratio is very good.
(I cannot say anything about the waiting time on orders though.)

Two hours after ordering my food still ain't here. I dont even know if its gonna come. If you want your food quick dont order from this place

Best Vietnam restaurant in NUE currently. Fo is good and Sushi with Avocado is my favorite.

Over 2.5 hour wait, and does not answer phone. Read reviews and seems this is a very typical issue.
