Great place for walking, jogging, biking skating, BBQ, ball games and other sports. Lots of people take their dogs, there's a great playground for the kids, a lot of benches and the grass invite for a rest and sun bathing, beautiful from Fürth all the way to the centre of Nürnberg.

It is really nice during spring. Then it is fully green as far as the eye can see. Many meet for a bbq or just to hang out by the river or on the meadow.
