Despite calling one hour before driving to the shop with a positive answer that Lebkuchen Schmidt is still shipping when I arrived I was informed that its not possible again. Yeah, Christmas came again ( same happend last year) by surprise. Unacceptable for a business. The Lebkuchen are very nice but don't rest on your laurels and keep your business customers !

Terrible experience with the shop.
I've made a large order in November 2020.
I haven't heard from them since then.
No updates. I have contacted them. They promised a reply within a week.
A month later, I am still waiting. I've contacted them again. They have replied only to tell me to wait. I don't think I will get a refund or my order for that matter.

Don't order online. Placed two large orders in Dec 2020. Credit card debited but have not heard a thing since nor received the goods despite several attempts to contact them. Very unprofessional.

Still the best Lebkuchen product brand on the planet. The online ordering is much easier for international deliveries. Schmidt products have been a staple holiday reward for our family since the 1970's. Only reservation is their Dominosteine product line has gone through some variety changes. Still a great company and recommend it to anyone who knows what Lebkuchen is. I always order the Premium-Elisen-Lebkuchen, chocolate coated.
