I admit I arrived a few Mins late, at 2010. I was waiting on my ride. When I arrived, the door was locked and no one was at the counter. Called the number, asked if the lady on the phone spoke English and she said nein. Didn't know in German how to say I booked a room so she hung up on me. Looked up the translation. Tried to call twice, said the number was temporary unavailable! For a place that says their English friendly, they're NOT! None of the signs are in English (except restaurant). If all of your staff doesn't know English, YOU cannot SAY you're English friendly. Period!!! And I'm gonna contact my bank to get my money back!!! So for my fellow English speakers, DO NOT EVEN TRY TO BOOK HERE!!!
